2326 Mar 26ALLFunctional26 Apr 26 (Alert) All Users – Defense Automated Addressing System (DAAS) Error – Posted 26 MAR 2026
Attention: GCSS-Army Users, CASCOM is informing the GCSS-Army user community that between 16–18 March, DAAS responded to DIC ATA follow ups with an AE9 cancellation, which inadvertently cancelled more than 13,000 orders. As a result, all NAMI/AJ2 orders flowing to SOS were assigned a CX rejection status. DAAS has since implemented a fix, and NAMI has confirmed that orders are no longer being rejected. Of the impacted orders, approximately 7,000 were stock replenishment orders, which would have automatically regenerated. The remaining 6,100 orders, however, were fully cancelled, closing the associated customer work orders and reservations. Users will have to manually recreate these orders.
